Denise Henke

Denise brings more than 30 years of corporate experience in program management, where she developed expertise in organization, leadership, and delivering results. She is also an international bestselling author of the Beyond Series, written under the pen name D.D. Marx.

Inspired to combine her creative talents with her business expertise, Denise co-founded Set the Stage Greater Sarasota St. Pete in 2025. Her vision, innovation, and attention to detail help transform every property into a space that connects with buyers and showcases its full potential.

Debbie Green

Debbie offers decades of experience in client relations, home furnishings, and décor, along with certification as a professional home stager. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for understanding clients’ needs and creating positive outcomes through thoughtful planning, exceptional service, and meticulous attention to detail.

Her design expertise and dedication to client satisfaction help ensure that every staging project is both beautiful and strategically designed to maximize appeal.
