Staging
How long does the staging process take?
Installation dates for staging are guaranteed after contract is signed. Generally 5-7 business days. Need sooner? A rush fee is available.
What are the costs of staging my property?
We do no have standard pricing. Each individual property is unique. We must take into consideration how many spaces you would like to stage, the size of those spaces, any nuances, and the distance from our studio. Our prices begin at $xxxx.
Should I expect a quote available at the walk-through?
Quotes are not given on the spot. We must access all details and write up a proposal. In most cases, this will be provided with in xx hrs of our consultation.
Do I pay all at once or can I pay in installments?
100% of the payment is due upfront at contract signing and prior to scheduling any stages or design consultations. (Ask about our Pay At Close financing option.)
I don't know how long my house will be on the market. How long is the staging and how does it work if it sells sooner or later?
For Staging, we have a 60 day term with an option to extend at 50% of the monthly fee.
If I send you the listing photos can you provide an estimate?
We do not provide any “sight unseen” quotes from photos or listings. We need access to the property to provide an accurate estimate.
If a buyer loves the furniture, how do they go about buying it when buying the property?

I’m not in the area but need my vacation rental furnished, can I send you photos of the rooms?

How does Set the Stage find furniture? Can I pick the furniture from other vendors?
Set the stage chooses all inventory based on in studio stock items, furnishings available to purchase through our partner vendors, and the style of the home. Custom requests will be charged accordingly.
